SNORERASER IS NOT COMMON RUN OF THE MILL MASKING NOISES

White, brown, even pink and blue are all very nice colors if you are an artist.
But not if you are desperately trying to find a sound that will mask snoring effectively,

Those so called masking noises do not follow the frequency curve of snoring, so there is a lot of avoidable excess waste sound, otherwise known as unnecessary volume and they lack other characteristics of the sounds they are called on to mask.
The reason that white noise has to be turned up SO LOUD that it hurts your ears, to get the job done, is that it is so completely different sounding than snoring. That is wasted, unnecessary volume, hence the 50% efficiency!
